Charles Drew University

Light A Candle Mission is open to receiving university groups that want to do field work, research, studies and help missions. That is why we received Charles Drew University, who came to work with us in the bateyes of our country.

Along with them we visited 11 bateyes such as Lechuga, Quisqueya, Magdalena, Guajabo, El Salado, Pica Piedra, Batey Esperanza, Kilometer 6, La Gina, Guazuma, Villa Hermosa. In each batey we performed Medical Operations and our Educational Stations, many people were benefited, with the attentions of the medical staff and with the delivery of the prescription drugs.

It was a pleasant experience working with Charles Drew University, we hope to have them with us again.
