Quarterly Summary of the Hypertension Program

Bejucal, Cacata, Campiña, Guajabo, Lima, Tentación, Cuya, Batey Nuevo, Magdalena and Batey 18 are the bateys we have patients for 3 months follow up. As part of our effort to continue helping these families to stay healthy, we checked their blood pressure, verified patients’ records and treated them complying with our hypertension protocol guidelines.

This time we checked the blood pressure of 389 patients in which 322 were treated. Many of these patients took their medications as indicated by the physicians and as a result of that, they are showing a totable improvement in their health.

Thanks to the support of our donors we are able to be the distribution channel to help this families in these underserved communities.
