Light A Candle Foundation and the Public Authority for Youth of La Romana city hall carried out the training “CUÍDATE” to empower the youth through topic we barely receive in our education system.
Some of those topics were how we treat our body, the menstrual cycle, ovulation and pregnancy, STDs (HIV/AIDS) and how to protect themselves against it.
it is our interest to promote a culture of prevention to the younger generation…
